My almost 7 month old has be congested/runny nose for almost 3 months. This is the second time i have taken her to the doctor about this and he keeps telling me, "they are virus's on top of virus's. There isn't much we can do about this" It makes me so mad. He is not the one dealing with her not sleeping, eating, or her fussiness day in and day out. Plus most important, she is misrable, and i can tell it is from this. We have her mattress inclined, using a humidfer, saline spray up the nose, suction her out numerous times daily. We do not want to place her in her car seat/bouncer seat because we just got her to finally sleep in her crib a couple months back. I am taking her to another doctor for a second opinion, there might not be much to do to help her, but i am sick of and she is too! Sometimes i think doctors forget what it is like to deal with some issues infants have on a daily basis. they just think we are over reacting. please, like we like to take our children to the doctor just for the heck of it. Air Force PT Test Question?

I am due for a PT test March 10th 2011. I start terminal leave March 24th 2011. Will I have to test or is there an AFI that states I don't have to. I'm not lazy I just have more stuff on my plate than caring about a PT test. I don't feel like being at the HAWC for a half day when I could be outprocessing. No one has meantioned it that I'll have to take it I just want to know what to say or do if/when the time comes to get out of it. Also I'm not getting out early or anything I fullfilled my contract, six years. I just think the Air Force has been changing to rapid for me since I've been in, so it's time for a change.

No one will laugh at you for reporting a possible animal abuse case. There may not be anything they can do if the animal is no longer available for inspection but it's worth it to at least try. If not, there's no way that the person who did it will face any charges. My sister was arrested for something minor when she had just turned 18. She had never been in trouble...not even as a juvenile or traffic ticket. She was so young and naive at the time. I remember her being so terrified when this happened. She was incarcerated for 4 days and was sentenced to 3 years probation, restitution and was slapped with a federal felony. It has now been 8 years since the incident and now believes she was dealt with too harshly. She hasn't even been in trouble since then! She was even removed from probation 1 1/2 years early for good behavior and has really advanced in life! Can someone help and give me advice? Can she have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor? When changing puppy food?

It doesn't sound like a food problem to me. I have a hunch there is something else going on here rather than a dislike of what you are feeding him. It is not normal for a dog that has previously been a good eater to all of a sudden decide they don't like what they have been eating, and start having diarrhea. When switching to a new food, you need to do it over at least a 5 day period, and this would apply to a food within the same brand also, as the ingredients are different. If this was my dog, I would definitely take a fecal sample in to the vet for ysis.

if your king snake is 2ft 3 inches i wouldn't be feeding him pinkies, that's for a 12 inch snake. I'd be feeding him hoppers. Three weeks still isn't THAT long for a snake not to eat. The temperature in the tank may have something to do w/ it but if you have it in the low to mid 80's that may not be the problem. Kingsnakes are usually great eaters and inconsistent temps probably wouldn't effect it much anyway. Here are a few suggestions. I would start by giving it larger food. You may want to try live food as well if it still does not eat. A vet is also a option or someone who is trained to give advice on the health of the snake.

This was just cause back then while we were emitting more CO2 we were also emitting more sulfates cause the fossil fuels were were burning weren't as clean as today's (we hadn't figured out acid rain etc yet). The increased sulfates acted as nucleating agents for atmospheric moisture and more clouds formed which reflected more solar radiation and hence the temperature drop. Even looking at climate records for the past 3 million years the global temperature is decreasing. In the cretaceous CO2 levels were 3 times what they are today and were certainly weren't around. So as was said earlier, climate is going to change with or without us, and we have little or no say in it.

hi , my predicament is that im a grade nine and theres an option for me to choose between two different high schools , the first one is about 15 - 20 minutes away from me all my friends are going there and a trade that im interested in is offered there.The second option is an all girls school that is about 45 minutes - a hour away and they offer smaller cl sizes, better extra curricular activities and I think I may feel more comfortable/ be able to get more involved there. .So far I like the idea of the all girls school but im concerned that I may have trouble making friends or not like it there and be stuck with the super long buss drive. I finally took the plunge properly once I hit 16 but ever since I began telling people, they treat the subject like it is some stupid teenage phase I am going through. But it isn't, it is something I feel pionately about and I plan to stay this way as long as I live. I still even get prepared meat for my meals and people say that it's bad for my health and it is a stupid and pointless thing I am doing to myself because it won't save any animals. have been noticing that for the past few days my baby keeps pulling her self off my and then reattaching herself or moving her head around trying to reposition her self while on the . This is happening more frequently and in less time than before. She seems to be getting very fussy during the feedings and I dont know why. I went one feeding not feeding her and supplemented her with formula, I pumped instead and only got out an ounce. When she is supplemented she drinks 3-4 ounces. I just restarted feeding her again after not feeding for almost two weeks, she was only feed for 5 days before that. So i am trying to rebuild my supply but only pump an ounce. I want to know how I can improve supply other than putting her to and pumping? Is she only getting an ounce from me at each feeding if thats all i can pump out? And why might she be getting so fussy during the feedings and repositioning herself and detaching and re latching her self? Advise PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! I really want this breastfeeding to work but im afraid im not producing enough either because after feeding for 40 min she still acts hungry after.

after 3 years of unsuccessful diets, i tried one, last summer for 3-4 months which consisted on eating only veggies and proteins with the exception of cereal in the morning. It went all fine until people told me i was too thin and threatened me to make me eat themselves. they were exaggerating but i guess scared i would never stop my diet. Since i've stopped, my life has been hell. I gained twice as much weight as i lost (20 kilos). Nutritionists have clearly told me to simply not have any 'forbidden food' and with time hopefully it will arrange itself all alone. The problem is that i binge eat so although i feel less guilty, it gives me only more reasons to binge more. Therefore i am in doubt wether i should keep a diet my entire life, like my mother is doing or try to eat somehow normally and hopefully wait for everything to settle with the high chance of gaining a lot of weight. thank you :)

Proto SLG not shooting?

I just got it a couple weeks ago and love the gun, but I can't ever get it to shoot full auto or even fast semi auto. I set it to 13bps and the solenoid is clicking when the gun is on, but when I have paint and air in the gun, it shoots like 2bps when I hold the trigger after the NXL full auto kicks in. And between shots I can hear the solenoid click, but the bolt doesn't move or shoot! So why is this not working, because I really want to fix it soon. I've adjusted RoF and Firing modes but somehow the gun wont keep up with trigger, even with eyes on or off, Could this be loader thats the problem? Uninsured driver hit me?

I was hit by a uninsured driver I live in California. To keep them interested always have them doing something even when you are working with each one individually. If you are working with a single swimmer doing arm strokes, then have the rest of them working on armstrokes on the wall until it's their turn. You can also have them do bobs, dive for rings, kick on the wall, etc. After each skill give them a reward, which could be as easy as jumping in the water, a high five, etc. Be excited about what you're doing and the kids will fall victim to your enthusiasm.

i think it's probably just your period coming. a lot of those symptoms you're naming wouldn't come on until later in your pregnancy. it's really rare to get so many of them at just 3 or 4 weeks. i think you probably just got your period a little late this month. if you're having a miscarriage, the blood would be much more clotty and there would probably be a lot more cramping. if you're really worried about it, you can make an appointment with your doctor. that way they can check it all out and make sure that you're fine and it isn't anything to worry about. good luck (:

In hollywood why take a chance on a cleverly written script from some nobody when you can get Johnny Depp to play a Vampire and you have a huge blockbuster regardless of the plot of the actual movie. The wachowski brothers have a script that is considered one of the greatest scripts never to be made into a movie. 500 Days of Summer was really a great film that came out a little while ago. With scripts like that you know it will have a limited release and not make much even though the material and acting is brilliant. You can check with them, but from what I have seen, switching down from basic cable will cause you to lose most of the sub-channels on each broadcast channel. I switched down from basic, and now have PBS 2, converted to og and 2.1 (digital only.) However, I do get 7, 7.1, and 7.2...If you are not in the 'boonies'..you might consider an AMPLIFIED digital antenna, which will give you all the local channels and all the sub-channels..(As long as you are not too far from the broadcast towers.)

I have had irregular periods. I will have a period, then 2-3 days after the time that I supposedly ovulate (I've used OPK some months +, others - results) , I will start spotting up until my period starts again. My hubby and I are ttc.(I had a miscarriage in January) I went to my ob with concerns. She did bloodwork to test my progesterone and thyroid levels, and wrote a prescription for clomid. I had the prescription filled. They called with the results and said all my levels looked good and there was no need to take the clomid, but I could if I wanted to. I am sooooo confused!!! Why would spiders follow you into every room?

This is a weird story.I recently moved and was packing my things up.I went up stairs with my 12 year old daughter.While we were going upstairs I noticed a spider that was a little bigger than an quater size.We went into the bathroon to fill up a box the spider decided to come into that room.We took the box downstairs.Sure enough the spider was waiting for us on the same wall going up the stairs.We then proceeded to my daughter's room to gather some of her stuff.Shotly the spider decided to come in there.We went into my room where the spider continued to follow us.It stayed at the top of the door ledge and wouldn't leave.He was moving in and out of the groves.By that time my daughter and myself were scared.The spider had us trappped for 20 min.He even tried to attempt to get a closer look by webbing his way down the top of the door. We both screamed and he went back up.We finally decided to make a run for it.I have never been followed by spider.What could have caused this?

I think the reason government has had to become big again is that we couldn't, as a society, govern ourselves. This should be treated as a common sense issue. A 90% chance of survival with chemo vs. death without. To me, withholding the chemo constitutes as child-abuse. If he were terminally ill, no chance of survival and his doctors wanted chemo to prolong his life as long as possible, then I would side with the parents-no chemo. It would be in the best interest of the child. Daniel doesn't want treatment, because it is what has been brainwashed into him. His parents are religious fanatics who I'm sure love their son, but they are harming him. I hope mom and son are found soon.

Make a list of half sheet logical and the other emotional. Then depending on your issue write down how you're dealing with that one issue. Example girlfriend/ emotional side. Put how you feel about every issue you've put in this letter. You need to find balance in all of these issues. Do this for now to keep yourself sane and so you can make a clear and logical decision to stay or leave your school. Remember you are at school to better your education. It's also possible this isn't the right school for you. Talk to your counselors at school for guidance. How do I stop my dogs newfound aggressive behavior?

I have a spayed chocolate lab who is almost 9 years old. She had been raised with multiple dogs for the first 6 years of her life, and got along very well with no problems. For the last 3 years, she has been my only dog. Over the last 3 years, I have noticed an escalation in certain behaviors with her since she became my only dog. She shows leash aggression towards other dogs, and will fight with them if they get close to her while she's on a leash. If I am not in the house with her, she will bark for hours and does not stop (I tried the bark collar-she got used to it and ignores it now). She gets too excitable when playing with other dogs, and it usually escalates into a fight, initiated by her. My in-laws got a puppy, and she has snapped at the puppy twice while eating (food aggression). She has become a very nervous, bad-mannered dog in the car, and can't go for rides with me because she tries to jump out the windows and barks at everything she sees, especially in town. These are pretty drastic changes, and she didn't exhibit any of this until the last couple years. I have had people tell me to get her a playmate, but I am unable to have another pet where I live now. I've read all the dog whisperer books and tried the techniques, but I'm failing miserably and don't know what to do. I don't want to give her up. I really would appreciate some sound advice on this situation. I live with my boyfriend, and he's about at wit's end with her.

My boyfriend and I had unprotected on February 6th. on Feb 14th, I had dark spotting, but it was so light, and was only visible when I wiped. It only lasted that day, wore a pantyliner and the spotting didnt appear on it at all. I am very nauseous lately, like all day, it comes and goes, and i have a pain on my lower right abdomen, it feels like a cramp. My lower back has some pain sometimes, but that comes and goes as well. I have been urinating more frequently. I have been feeling extra tired, and my boyfriend said im super moody lately. More so than usual. Thursday I bought a pregnancy test and it was negative. Accutane; good or bad?

I'm 16 and I've been suffering from moderate acne since 5th grade. The dermatologist I see has put me on doxycylcine, doryx, epiduo, benzaclin, retinae, and several other medications and nothing has seemed to help. Recently, she wondered if I was interested in Accutane, and because of it's bad rep, I wasn't that interested. But as my acne seems to not be getting better, I'm becoming more and more interested. The only thing I'm reluctant about is that I'm a competitive dancer, and I heard it can do negative things to your joints and cause blood blisters, etc. Also, I'm a readhead, and I've hear that common myth that they're more prone to it than others, but I don't know how true that is. i have a female, who went missing for two weeks and came back really changed. she was super friendly and had put on about 4lbs in weight. we vlikened her to amy winehouse going into rehab. my dad guessed she had probably been hanging out in the warehouse at the back of our place catching baby birds, judging by the ize of her,she hadnt gone hungry.the woods are probably providing her with enough mice etc to survive. i really hope you find her. dont give up hope yet xxx

So I decided to build my own little nuclear power station in my back yard, the neighbors complained at first but when I said I could supply them with free electricity they stopped moaning. I got some plans off the internet and set to work using bits and pieces I had lying around behind my shed . Pretty soon it was finished but I needed enriched uranium to get it going . I ordered some from the Russian mafia mail order website, but what they sent was low grade and my power station was only working at 65% capacity. Is this normal baby feeding?

I had a friend over here with a baby boy who is the same age as my daughter-- 7 months. He is very chubby, and my daughter is very skinny (no baby fat) but she is longer than him. His dad said that he eats every 6 hours 5 oz and only sometimes he feeds him "food in a jar". He said that the doctor told him to feed the baby this way. I am wondering if he is starving the baby by feeding him every 6 hours?! I myself am starving by every 3 1/2 hours as an adult. My daughter drinks every 3 hours-5oz. And she is eating solids between her feedings. Is he starving his baby boy? Is this healthy?

Caring for Dementia patient?

In a few weeks I will be caring for my neighbors mother while they are out of town for a week. She has dementia and is probably in her 70' s or 80's and does NOT speak at all. She does understand english and what I will be telling her to do though but does not respond vocally. I've have done some basic research about dementia but does anyone have suggestions for me while I will be caring for her throughout the week???

Have I made a huge mistake?

That is a hard one to answer. You can clear over decals when painting, but I have never tried to clear over a cling on type. Give it a shot, it should work.

Why is the media placing blame on the police for the actions of an individual? The shootings that occured at Virginia Tech are devestating but the Police had no way of knowing that the two early morning shootings would lead to the horrific macre. Why can the media not place blame on the shooter instead of crusifying the Police for not shutting down the campus. It is alomost like saying that after a bank is robbed in New York, all banks should be closed because the robber may strike again. Police Believed it was a single incident. They do not have ESP!!!!
