How did Bush link Iraq to 9/11?

I am looking for links and books that show how Bush linked Iraq to 9/11. I do not need links to Al-Qaeda or terrorism, and I do not need people SAYING Bush/Cheney linked Iraq to 9/11, I need to see the actual linking being done by the Administration in black and white. I've spent hours already, and what I thought would be a slam dunk is turning into something like the search for WMD! Help! I need something I can quote.
