Proto SLG not shooting?

I just got it a couple weeks ago and love the gun, but I can't ever get it to shoot full auto or even fast semi auto. I set it to 13bps and the solenoid is clicking when the gun is on, but when I have paint and air in the gun, it shoots like 2bps when I hold the trigger after the NXL full auto kicks in. And between shots I can hear the solenoid click, but the bolt doesn't move or shoot! So why is this not working, because I really want to fix it soon. I've adjusted RoF and Firing modes but somehow the gun wont keep up with trigger, even with eyes on or off, Could this be loader thats the problem? Please help, because the Manual doesnt say anything about this
