What can i do to stop or prolong termination of occupancy in the state of california?

I have lived in my fathers house since i was 11,i moved in with him because he had only a year left to live.I was abused physically by him until my teen years when he went to work on my mind,all through my life he was "dying,and i was told the house was mine and blah blah blah...anyway i stopped working to care for him and since 10/2007 was with him 24/7,Two days b4 his last trip to the hospital my aunt shows up at the house-i hadnt seen her in years-my aunt called me to let me know she was taking my father to her home 4 hospice care,she said quote"not to cut you out of anything,just he cant make it up your stairs"the day my father went to her house i arrived with his oxygen to find her trying to give my dad morphine and valium-i told her that was 4 the hospice nurse to administer and she replied to me"well thats how we did nana ya know just a few cc's at a time..."my father ped july 14,i thought until i recieved notice yesterday that i was trustee-I AM SUPPOSED TO VACATE B4 OCT.31
