The Host by Stephenie Meyer?

I am really enjoying this book. I have like less than 100 pages to go. I was just wondering if you liked it? I can't stop reading The Host like I couldn't stop reading The Twilight Saga. I was looking on Yahoo! Answers and some people think this should be a movie. I would like that too but it would be very hard to show how Wanda and Melanie talk. Also how Wanda feels. Please answer! Thx:)
