Why is it hard to find a decent guy in newark oh around my age im 21?

not a guy necessarily to start datin but one to get to kno and kick it some one that doesnt just want in your pants. a normal guy doesnt lie, nice, honest, got his head straight, goals, DOesnt put his hands on chicks that kinda guy.
