I send letters to my boyfriend whose in Bct?

I usually send letters to my boyfriend whose in BCT stationed in ft.benning and he hasn't written back yet.. but I just wanted to know whats it like over there when they recieve mail? like.. is there a certain day they usually get theyre mail and read it? can they recieve mail whenever they want? or? and do they have time to reply to theyre mail?
