Really bad toothache after having a filling?

coupple of hours ago, 1.45 to be precise, i had 3 small fillings, 2 in my molar teeth, but in the first molar it hurts soo bad, it feels like the nerves being drilled, and its sharp pains, and its hurting my jaw line, whys it doing that, this has never happened before and it hurts well bad :(
