Could i get into syracuse university?

ok so the average gpa for syracuse university last year was a 3.6. i really really want to go there but i only have a 3.3 (unweighted), i got a 30 on the act, im captain of the girls varsity soccer team, i've done community service, i think i had a pretty good interview, and i attend a really academically rigorous college prep school in houston. i've also taken mostly all honors/AP cles. do you think i have a chance or is a .3 difference in the average gpa and my gpa just too much..? be honest!
