Rafa To Stay At Liverpool?? But Where Will Torres And Gerrard Be Next Season?

ok so im a big liverpool fan,and after watching sky sports news and seeing that rafa is most likely staying at Liverpool, which i agree he should,he had one bad season with us because of injuries etc,i aint making excuses we sucked this year, i hear that chelsea have got a 70million pound bid on the horizon for torres, do you think he will go or stay??? just want opnions on it because without torres and gerrard i have no idea how liverpool will cope to get into europe next season
