I want him, but hes taken! (plz help)?

Today i went to my brothers karate tournament and i saw this really cute guy so I wrote down his name so i could look up his myspace (so i didnt have to talk to him lol) anyways i was being nosey and kinda read his WHOLE page and found out his got a girlfriend and it sounds like they really like each other but after reading his page he sounds like my perfect guy! he dont know me but while i was there he did look at me quite a few times and ALMOST talked to me.. i dont know if i should talk to him I DONT WANT TO MESS UP WHAT HIS GOT GOING ON WIH HIS GURL but i really just wanna meet him what should i do?? i dont even know how to start?!
