ElderScrolls ARmor?!?

Okay Im doing the Fighters Guild Quest on how to get the missing pieces of armor, the helm was easy but when I go to get the armor its in a cavern with wierd pressuere plates, so what order to push the plates to get thru? okay the shield I guess or somthing is on this floating ledge in the middle of this void, and I have to somehow make the jump to it, or somthing, but it says my faith isnt good enough to get to it?! okay so wheres the faith on?
