Think vampires and ghosts could be real?

If only people wouldn't dwell on pseudo scientific things. I've heard that there are fourth dimensional alien type entities who live in the fourth dimension. They do have this peculiar craving for human blood. Its funny how the bible god demands sacrifice from his followers isn't it?
