Choosing Death............?

Im doing an essay on euthanasia a.k.a. (when a patient has the choice to end their life due to very life threatening or painful illness) and how it is beneficial to those terminally ill. The only problem is...i have no idea how to make my introduction paragraph =( i want to make it interesting to the readers but i have no idea how to start it off! any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!!
