What is wrong with my eyes?

I am 16 years old and I have had an issue for about a year in math. All of my numbers get switched around and I end up getting everything wrong because I flipped numbers around. I tend to also read numbers wrong as well. I don't think it is dyslexia because it has never really affected me before, and my reading is just fine, it is just numbers. This is quite irritating and I fail enire ignments because I read 568 as 586, and stuff like that, I can't stand it!
