Is it illegal to own a cobalt blue tarantula without some form of regulation?

I think its legal, but you should ask a police officer just to be on the safe side. You need to be experienced in order to take care of that kind of tarantula. The Cobalt Blue Tarantula is very aggressive. Asking a police officer wont hurt, they aren't going to take you to jail or anything.
