I am still wanting to rent..?

I am still wanting to rent a 2bedroom, 1 bath apartment/house/duplex for myself, my husband, and my son. No more than 450$, all electric, local address in or around Ashland, Ky. I am not having much luck with clifieds and apartment rental sites.Please respond, thank you.
