Wondering about my tulip bulbs?

so i got some tulips at the store like a week before easter.. and my son put dish soap in it to it died.. today i decided to get the bulbs out and they had maggots i am uming on them.. so now i cant replant them can i?? i put them in the sun to dry out since they like moist areas and well the bulbs are moist.. or is it too late to save them?
